How do I return my order? What are the details on the 30-day money back guarantee?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the product for a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase. Simply submit a contact form requesting a refund, and you will be contacted within 48 hours to confirm your return and give you instructions on where to send the product. Please allow 3-10 business days for your refund to show up on your statement or online banking site (refund timing depends on your banking provider). Note: Mr Beams can only refund purchases made through our website or via phone orders.
