You will receive a confirmation email for your order once your payment has gone through.
When will my order ship?
Typically, all orders placed Monday-Friday will ship within 1-3 business days; however, due to additional COVID-19 safety precautions and order volume, order processing could take up to 7 business days. Orders placed on after 12pm EST on Fridays will ship the following week. Orders will not ship on major holidays. How much do I pay for shipping?
We currently offer special rates for contiguous U.S. orders:
$5 UPS shipping for orders up to $49.99
$5 UPS 2-Day shipping for orders between $50-99.99
Free UPS 2-day shipping for orders $100+
We also offer free UPS International Priority shipping for Canadian orders $100+
For shipping methods and prices outside of our special rates listed above, estimates can be calculated in the cart before checkout.
When can I expect my motion activated light to arrive and through what service?
Orders are shipped via UPS, and can generally take 5-10 business days to arrive (depending on the location) from the day they're shipped depending on the shipping method. Shipping times vary based on the delivery location. Mr Beams cannot guarantee shipment will arrive within the UPS estimate time frame.
I think I placed a duplicate order.
You will receive a confirmation email for any order placed. If you only receive one confirmation, it is not likely that two orders were placed. We review orders before shipping and contact our customers on any order that looks like a duplicate (same product order, shipped to same address). If you are unsure, please contact us and we can verify your purchase.
